摘要: Aryl polyphosphonates (ArPPN) have been demonstrated to function in wide applications as flame retardants for different polymer materials, including thermosets, polycarbonate, polyesters and polyamides, particularly due their satisfactory thermal stability compared aliphatic retardants, desirable flow behavior observed during the processing of polymeric materials. This paper provides a brief overview main developments ArPPN derivatives flame-retarding primarily based on authors' research work literature published over last two decades. The synthetic chemistry these compounds is discussed along with stabilities flame-retardant properties. possible mechanisms containing hetero elements, which exhibit synergistic effect phosphorus, are also discussed.
