摘要: A 380 nucleotide region (bases 613 to 992) of the HA1 part haemagglutinin (H) gene was obtained for 35 influenza viruses H9 subtype isolated from around world over past 33 years. These were analyzed phylogenetically and compared with sequences 19 available in Genbank database. do not show such clear geographical lineages as other subtypes (i.e. H5 or H7) there is a high degree variation at cleavage site haemagglutinin. Genetically distinct have circulated contemporaneously different locations. Thus, it likely that numerous infections poultry birds during 1990s originate separate introductions feral birds. The observed heterogeneity these may reflect pool viruses, which maintained shorebirds gulls (Charadriiformes).
