摘要: A systematic study was performed to investigate the utility of atmospheric pressure chemical ionization hydrogen–deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (APCI HDX MS) identify structures nitrogen-containing aromatic compounds. First, experiments were determine optimized experimental conditions, with dichloromethane and CH3OD found be good cosolvents for APCI HDX. In addition, a positive correlation between heated capillary temperature observed signal observed, it suggested that reaction occurred when molecules contained in solvent cluster. Second, 20 standard compounds analyzed whether speciation could determined based on different types ions produced from various functional groups. The number exchanges occurring within correlated well active hydrogen atoms attached nitrogen, confirmed MS used speciation. results obtained by combined subsequent investigation double bond equivalence distribution indicated resins shale oil extract mostly pyridine type nitrogen This can added previously reported ionization, electrospray photo ionization-based methods, which structural elucidation spectrometry.
