摘要: This paper presents a three-phase inverter dc-link capacitor root-mean-square (RMS) current reduction method. The proposed method is especially suitable for high electric drive applications while multiple switching devices have to be connected in parallel at the package level, such as Toyota Camry or Tesla Model S. analyzed theoretically using double Fourier analysis, and derived optimal operating point. Furthermore, effectiveness of also verified by simulation under different PWM strategies (SPWM, SVPWM, DPWM1), carrier shapes (triangle sawtooth), power factors. cancellation could lead smaller design; system volume cost are estimated with number device packages parallel. experimental results provided 6 kW SiC-based prototype assuming three paralleled each phase leg, which consistent theoretical analysis results.
