摘要: Due to the many advantages it provides metal matrix composite materials, is used as a publication in industrial applications, especially automotive industry. Therefore, necessary know properties of these materials such mechanical, tribological and corrosion. In this study, effect different sliding speeds was investigated on wear behavior aluminum produced by adding amounts ZrO2 mechanical alloying method. 4 (3%, 6%, 9% 12%) ZrO 2 were added 2% graphite matrix. Composite powders mechanically alloyed for 60 minutes, green compact samples cold pressed with pressure 700 MPa. The compacts sintered hours at 600 °C. composites characterized microstructure, density hardness measurements. Wear tests carried out block on-ring type testing device, under 20 N load three speed (0.2 ms -1 , 0.4 ms-1 0.6 ms-1) distances (53 m, 72 m 94 m). As result studies, values increased amount increased. test results showed that weight loss decreased increasing reinforcement
