摘要: Abstract The effects of irradiation on the Charpy impact properties reduced-activation ferritic/martensitic steels were investigated a microstructural basis. It was previously reported that ductile–brittle transition temperature (DBTT) F82H-IEA and its heat treatment variant increased by about 130 K after at 573 up to 5 dpa. Moreover, shifts in ORNL9Cr–2WVTa JLF-1 much smaller, differences could not be interpreted as an effect hardening. precipitation behavior irradiated examined weight analysis X-ray diffraction extraction residues, SEM/EDS performed replica samples fracture surfaces. These analyses suggested difference extent DBTT shift explained (1) smaller hardening low test temperatures caused irradiation-induced lath structure recovery (in JLF-1), (2) stress increase over-solution Ta ORNL9Cr–2WVTa).
