摘要: Abstract The deterpenation process of essential oils consists terpene removal and a consequent concentration oxygenated compounds, which increases the sensorial quality, aromatic potential oxidative stability oil. Deterpenation oregano (Origanum vulgare L., Lamiaceae) oil, has been used extensively as popular medication an antimicrobial, antifungal, antimutagenic powerful antioxidant agent, can be performed by (liquid + liquid) extraction using hydroalcoholic solvents. This research presents equilibrium data for model systems composed p-cymene, thymol, terpinen-4-ol α-terpineol, some main components hydrous ethanol solvent with water mass fraction ranging from 0.28 to 0.41 at T = (298.2 ± 0.1) K. results show that increase in hydration alcoholic causes negative influence on values distribution coefficient three compounds (thymol, α-terpineol), selectivity. An content terpene-rich phase reduces their coefficients selectivity values. In addition, binary interaction parameters were estimated correlating experimental NRTL UNIQUAC thermodynamic models, global deviations lower than 0.0060 all systems, indicating both molecular models good descriptive performance.
