摘要: The GB virus C/hepatitis G (GBV-C/HGV) is a Flaviviridae member that despite its nonpathogenicity, has become of great interest given it could inhibit the replication human immunodeficiency (HIV). Therefore, better knowledge viral protein E2 our aim. In this study, GBV-C model cell system (HuhEG) which expressing fusion and enhanced green fluorescent (EGFP) stably was established. And expression these proteins silenced effectively by two gene-specific siRNAs an EGFP siRNA. This inhibition sequence-specific extensive (90%). HuhEG/specific can provide approach for investigating association between HIV replication, may be potential value in development novel prophylactic or therapeutic agents infection.
