摘要: Abstract. We used landslide information for 13 study areas in Italy and morphometric obtained from the 3-arcseconds shuttle radar topography mission digital elevation model (SRTM DEM) to determine where susceptibility is expected be negligible landmasses surrounding Mediterranean Sea. The consisted of local terrain slope which was computed a square 3 × 3-cell moving window, regional relative relief circular 15 15-cell window. tested three different models classify "non-susceptible" areas, including linear (LNR), quantile (QLR), quantile, non-linear (QNL). performance using independent presented by Italian Landslide Inventory (Inventario Fenomeni Franosi Italia – IFFI). Best results were QNL model. corresponding zonation non-susceptible intersected geographic system (GIS) with geographical census data Italy. result determined that 57.5% population (in 2001) located negligible. applied Sea, we synoptic non-susceptibility Spain. Results showed capable determining validation expect our applicable similar facilitating identification at scale.
