摘要: Background: Volume fraction (Vf) and location of internal voids gaps in relation to material type cavity dimensions ultraconservative restorations were investigated this study. Materials Methods: Forty-eight round cavities 1.3 mm mean diameter 2.6 depth made on buccal lingual surfaces recently extracted human teeth. These fi lled thermocycled with two low viscosity composites (AeliteFlo LV [AF], PermaFlo [PF]), one high composite (Aelite aesthetic enamel [AA]) glass-ionomer (GCFuji IX GP). X-ray microtomography, following a specifi c procedure, was applied all before after their restoration, using SkyScan-1072 microtomographer. Vf percent (Vf%) recorded analysed statistically at = 0.05. Kruskal-Wallis nonparametric analysis variance, post-hoc analysis, Mann-Whitney test, Spearman’s correlation used analyze data. Results: Cavities AF PF showed signifi cantly lower Vf% than other ( P 0.05). The proportion the bottom side walls those < Conclusion: presented lowest amount gaps. Glass-ionomer restorative materials highest interfacial Only correlated depth, width volume. Key Words: Cavity preparations, resin, dental, dental marginal adaptations, microcomputed tomography, x-ray
