摘要: Colorectal metastatic disease is ultimately responsible for almost all of the mortality resulting from colorectal cancer. The spread cancer to ‘vital’ target organs such as liver and lung compromises normal physiology usually leads organ failure death. also spreads other, less bone peritoneum, whose diminished function may lead significant morbidity during course disease. In this chapter, we will discuss mechanisms patterns sites, how these metastases affect physiology, what factors progression in different sites.
