摘要: Objective About one-third of patients referred to services for people at high risk psychosis may have already developed a first episode (FEP). We compared clinical outcomes in FEP who presented either or conventional mental health services. Method Retrospective study comparing duration hospital admission, referral-to-diagnosis time, need compulsory admission and frequency with initially high-risk service (n = 164) (n = 2779). Regression models were performed, controlling several confounders. Results FEP had spent 17 fewer days [95% CI: −33.7 (−0.3)], shorter time [B coefficient −74.5 days, 95% −101.9 −(47.1)], lower [IRR: 0.49 (95% 0.39–0.61)] likelihood [OR: 0.52 0.34–0.81)] the 24 months following referral, as diagnosed services. Conclusion Services are associated better psychotic.
