摘要: Small and medium-sized companies encounter enormous difficulties when trying to implement so-called lean methods according the role model of Toyota Production System. This is caused by varying effects on production figures depending conditions concerning product variety volumes, variation process set-up times etc. Thus, there are no general guidelines for “best possible” implementation these in a small series production. article shows an approach analyze evaluate influence productions based quantified interdependencies with relevant figures.
