Both groups underwent 4-week class-based program. SEP students learned about importance of sleep, barriers to getting enough how improve their time management increase opportunity. HLP various health-related topics not including sleep. Participants total 210 (mean age = 14.04 ± 0.32 years) were randomly assigned (n = 102) or 108) group, 6 classes per group. Measurements Sleep (actigraphically measured), knowledge, usage assessed using linear mixed models three points: baseline, immediately after intervention, 1-month follow-up. Results knowledge improved follow-up in relative (p = .017). Although receptive self-reported intention create more for no changes found following SEP. Some benefit may have been masked by exam preparations evaluation.
