摘要: Background Increased levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) have been considered as a marker in assessing neurogenic inflammation migraine patients. An inverse relationship between serum bilirubin and CRP has observed various diseases. Therefore, we analyzed patients, investigated the migraineurs. Methods A total 86 newly diagnosed patients were consecutively recruited to this study. Results Significantly lower median bilirubin, conjugated (CB) unconjugated found with than healthy controls, significantly higher controls. A negative correlation CB was (r = −0.255, P = 0.018). In multiple linear regression model, concentrations remained negatively correlated CB. Conclusions Our study demonstrates that are decreased migraineurs, be positively patents. However, larger cross-sectional prospective studies needed establish whether may useful biomarker for eventually guiding therapy.
