摘要: We report five cases of patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) resistant to conventional treatment who improved dramatically clonidine. All showed greatly elevated plasma levels noradrenaline (norepinephrine) (NA), adrenalin (epinephrine) (Ad) and cortisol (CRT), physiologic indicators stress, which decreased abruptly upon initiation clonidine therapy. The test performed in the a hyper-response all, reaction consistent uncoping stress situations. Therefore, we postulate that might play role pathogenesis pancreatic inflammatory disease these patients.
