摘要: The purpose of this study is to gain a deep understanding the factors which influence adoption and usage ICT by SMEs in Malaysia. This examines relationship between its five are perceived benefits, cost, knowledge, external pressure government support. results show that three examined significantly important where as cost found be insignificant determining adoption. provides greater SME’s perception about their service business. Those who interested promoting business on online may find these helpful guiding efforts.
