摘要: Abstract Catecholamines (dopamine and norepinephrine) are considered to be predominantly inhibitory neurotransmitters in the brain their depletion produced by 6-hydroxydopamine may result proconvulsant effects. In our experiments on rats aged 5, 7, 9, 12, 15, 18, 25 90 days under urethane anesthesia we demonstrated development of neocortical epileptic focus evoked topical application bicuculline methiodide. experimental groups a chronic catecholamines was induced using pretreatment with early postnatally. An epileptogenic all age groups; duration single discharge decreased both control animals. The spread activity from primary contralateral frontal cortex via callosal connections as rapid controls. However, transfer occipkal regions delayed number discharges rats. Our study substantial role for synchronization focal neocortex promoting association pathways within neocortex.
