摘要: Sensitive and rapid thin layer chromatographic-densitometric methods have been developed for the quantification of indole alkaloids, ajmalicine serpentine, tropane hyosycamine scopolamine. The concentration ranges in which accurate reproducible results can be obtained are 1-8 μg 1-10 200–1400 ng serpentine. limit detection serpentine is 20 500 other alkaloids. successfully employed determination alkaloids tumours calli Catharanthus roseus, root tissues Datura stramonium also respective liquid culture media.
