Video Enhanced Activity Schedules for Children with Autism: A Promising Package for Teaching Social Skills

摘要: Teaching with activity schedules may yield functional skills that are not readilv achieved by traditional discrete-trial teaching or naturalistic intervention strategies. Activity unique because the procedures focus on a learner to do and say things in presence of instructional cues accessed independently rather than response provided teacher. Typically, such "self-directed" make use notebooks placards contain pictures words cue learner's sequences activities. To supplement procedures, we explored how video models be used as within computer-presented schedules. The purpose this paper is illustrate using computers combine two technologies-activity models-could enhance theuseof teaching, particularly realm social skills.
