摘要: In order to examine the mechanisms of beneficial effects vanadate on cardiac dysfunction in chronic diabetes, rat hearts were perfused with xanthine plus oxidase, an oxyradical generating system absence or presence vanadate. These changes prevented by addition 4 μM medium. protective loss developed due oxidase dose-dependent (0.1–5 μM).
