摘要: The intracellular and extracellular plant pathogens cause economically significant loss to agricultural products worldwide. Genome editing technologies, especially the CRISPR/cas system, have recently been used in different fields order improve both quality yield products. system which provides defense microorganisms against bacteria, archaea, phage foreign plasmids is a tool that offers unique opportunities for research regulation of properties. In this review, effectiveness CRSPR/cas fight phyto-pathogens causing diseases was discussed. addition, current status modifications through genes play role resistance susceptibility host fungi, bacteria viruses revealed. has shown be effective providing destructive effects on plants. Advances genome production transgene-free plants with CRISPR/Cas will enable development new disease management control strategies pathology. future, it possible develop resistant more than one pathogen simultaneously technology.
