摘要: There have been many reviews of the cyclic oligosaccharide cyclodextrin (CD) and CD-based materials used for drug delivery, but capacity CDs to complex different agents their own intrinsic properties suggest they might also be considered use as active drugs, not only carriers. The aim this review is summarize direct without using its complexing potential with other substances. application another called nigerosyl-1,6-nigerose (CNN) described. divided into lipid-related diseases, aggregation antiviral antiparasitic activities, anti-anesthetic agent, function in diet, removal organic toxins, collagen, cell differentiation, finally, contact lenses which no than are involved. In case CNN, a dietary supplement immunological modulator explained. Finally, critical structure-activity explanation provided.
