摘要: Gastric cancer is the second most common in world [1,2]. Epigenetic alteration, especially aberrant DNA methylation, highly involved gastric carcinogenesis [3–7]. Promoter methylation major inactivation mechanism of cancer-related genes except p53 cancers. Association promoter some specific with histology cancers was reported. There a subset displaying frequent methylations, and association also another hypomethylation. Here, as carcinoma reviewed.
