摘要: Abstract Magnolia champaca L. (=Michilia L.) (Magnoliaceae) is named fallah tree. It famous for aromatic flowers, often used in Taiz during festivals (weddings and Eids) as necklaces or hair bands. The species included IUCN red list threatened its Geographical distribution range. work was conducted to enhance the previous efforts of recording documenting plant diversity, since Royal Denish expedition Egypt, Red Sea, Yemen by Forsskal years 1761–1767 onwards other’s scientists. survey Al-Marzoh village (Taiz provenance) field trips 2019. Detailed morphometric description, habitat are provided this manuscript, along with photographs illustrated sketches. investigation revealed that monotypic reported first time a native new record flora Arabian Peninsula from Yemen. economic importance, highly marketed and, pertinent chart down strategies conservation. Against backdrop, seed germination, reproductive barriers, adaption need be deeply studied conservation strategies. In addition, in-situ ex-situ must initiated immediately conserve species.
