Analysis of Monthly, Seasonal and Annual Air Temperature Variability and Trends in Taiz City - Republic of Yemen

摘要: Climate change is one of the most important issues today’s World. scientists have concluded that earth’s surface air temperature warmed by 0.6 ± 0.2℃ during 20th century, accompanied changes in hydrologic cycle. Of all climate elements, plays a major role detecting brought about urbanization and industrialization. This study focuses on variability trends mean annual, seasonal monthly Taiz city, Republic Yemen, period 1979-2006. The results analysis whole reveal statistically significant increasing trend practically months seasons. A tendency has also been observed towards warmer years, with significantly summer spring periods slightly autumn winter, an increase 1.79℃ 1.18℃ winter temperature, respectively. Positive 1.5℃ annual were found for period. time series are analyzed, so can be described.
