摘要: A regenerable support matrix useful for immobilization of biologically active materials is prepared by coating a core with cellulose ester, removing ester groups hydrolysis to produce hydroxyl and converting the dialkylaminoalkyl ether groups. The can immobilize proteinaceous net negative charge adsorption. readily regenerated when an immobilized material becomes inactive washing base or salt solution adsorbing additional support. Multiple cycles regeneration are possible without significant deleterious affects.
