摘要: This work presents the research results on structure and mechanical properties of coatings deposited by PVD methods X40CrMoV5-1 hot tool steel substrates. It was found that tested have nanostructural character with fine crystallites, while their average size fitted within range 10–15 nm, depending coating type. The morphology fracture is characterized a dense microstructure. demonstrated good adhesion to substrate, latter not only being effect interatomic intermolecular interactions, but also transition zone between developed as result diffusion high-energy ion action caused mixing elements in interface compression stresses values. critical load LC2 lies 66–85 N, demonstrate high hardness (4000 HV).
