摘要: Abstract A three-dimensional recirculation flow in a ventilated room was predicted by the numerical methods which turbulence models are applied. The results compared with experimental obtained model order to estimate practical utilities of such from viewpoint engineering. Taking account practicability prediction method engineers regard as important, two were selected and they incorporated into respectively. One is two-equation model, transport equations energy its rate dissipation adopted. other Deardoff's subgrid scale eddy coefficient utilized. made each method. Consequently, no noticeable difference recognized between both results. Each result Generally speaking, agreement good mean velocity. Thus we can conclude that using has more utility than because it give solutions shorter computer time.
