摘要: Inleiding: In de prehospitale setting zouden slachtoffers met een verbloedingsshock, bij wie door bijvoorbeeld beknelling geen scoop and run kan worden uitgevoerd, op theoretische gronden kunnen profiteren van het prehospitaal toedienen bloedproducten. Daarom is geven ongekruist bloed in opgenomen landelijk protocol Mobiele Medische Teams (MMT’s). Omdat Nederlandse MMT’s bloedproducten zich hebben, wordt benodigde betrokken uit dichtstbijzijnde ziekenhuis. Dit onderzoek eerste analyse ervaringen dit protocol, effectiviteit en mogelijke complicaties bloedtransfusie.
