摘要: Abstract A heat and mass transfer numerical model is developed to describe the refrigeration process between air agricultural products packed in bins piled on a pallet. The includes local overall average coefficient fitted well with experimental results. sensitivity parameter study suggests that temperature one of factors which allows strong variation cooling kinetics. profiles heterogeneity terms ‘coldest point’ ‘hottest inside for same flow conditions. difference dimensionless surface both points up 320%. This permits determination best location sensors order prevent over-treatment products. Finally this work shows use could be integrated control strategy process.
