摘要: Abstract A method for the determination of methylmalonic acid in urine has been developed. The consists essentially two operations: ( 1 ) separation from most urinary components by ion-exchange chromatography. 2 gas chromatographic technique decarboxylation and chromatography monocarboxylic formed. Other malonic acids are used as internal standards analysis.
