摘要: Hyperthermia was the very first oncotherapy in human medicine, but its applicability modern oncology dubious. The discovery of electromagnetism gave new hope a century ago, however, until up to now, it has been suffering from lack of wide acceptance. Oncological hyperthermia suffers multiple unsolved medical and technical problems. accurate selection malignant tissue its proper heating depth are real challenges together with control repeatability treatments. However, the center problems is not technical: living system tries keep its homeostatic equilibrium creates active feedback mechanisms eliminate or at least correct constrain depth. reaction on the “gage battle” involve physiology, handle complexly together with bioelectromagnetism update connected technology. solution to be integration natural bio-effects into technological constrains, acting synergy physiological mechanisms, without forcing effects out homeostatic control. lies strict selection adequate action nanoscopic range, without exciting robust transport-mechanisms operate against energy delivery tumor. Together local optimization, systemic have be considered, because malignancy disease. This concept needs interactions with the immune-system being effective disseminated cell far distance too. Our objective present complex this complex problem.
