摘要: Background— Modulation of endogenous epoxide levels by soluble hydrolase (sEH) in the endothelium represents an important mechanism regulation cardiovascular function. We examined relationship between a common, functional polymorphism human sEH gene and coronary artery calcification (CAC) young, largely asymptomatic African-American non-Hispanic white subjects. Methods Results— Multiple logistic regression Tobit models were used to assess Arg287Gln presence quantity CAC.
