摘要: In this study, we determined the effects of norepinephrine (NE) on immunity and pathway its function in freshwater giant prawn, Macrobrachium rosenbergii. The total hemocyte count (THC), differential (DHC), phenoloxidase activity, respiratory bursts, superoxide dismutase (SOD) phagocytic clearance efficiency response to pathogen, Lactococcus garvieae, were measured when M. rosenbergii (16.2±2.1 g) was individually injected with saline or NE at 0.5, 5.0, 50.0 pmol prawn(-1). Results showed that semi-granular cells, bursts activity 2 h, PO from 4 THC 8 SOD h significantly decreased, but hyaline cells had increased after injection prawns received 5.0 prawn(-1), decreased h. 0.5 All immune parameters returned control values by 16 receiving NE. However, no significant differences observed granular during experimental period. An also mortality challenged L. which appeared be dose dependent. another experiment, co-injected prazosin, metoprolol, propranolol prawns, especially prazosin metoprolol. These results suggest stress-inducing suppresses system, turn promotes susceptibility garvieae via both α1- β1-adrenergic receptors.
