Angular resolved photoemission and the band structure of solids

摘要: Abstract Current models used to described angular resolved photoemission data are discussed. Emphasis is placed on the energies of structure in spectrum and its relationship bulk band structure. Taking lead salts (PbS, PbSe, PbTe) as an example a detailed comparison between measured calculated spectra given using time reversed LEED functions describe final state. On basis this criteria discussed that allow application simpler for interpretation photoemission. Such include direct, k-conserving model complete neglect k conservation well use free electron like states.
