摘要: The invention discloses a novel needle-ring type plasma jet device. device comprises needle electrode, quartz tube, an air inlet, grounding electrode and nozzle, wherein the is arranged in center of tube; inlet formed on one side outside nozzle at bottom tube. By adopting structure provided by invention, scope can be appropriately extended practical environment enlarged adjusting width position besides, multi-pulse discharge phenomenon observed, which conducive to further understanding gas theory.
