摘要: A nonlinear dynamical system is proposed and qualitatively analyzed to study the dynamics of HIV/AIDS in workplace. The disease-free equilibrium point model shown be locally asymptotically stable if basic reproductive number, ℛ0, less than unity exhibit a unique endemic when number greater unity. It that, absence recruitment infectives, disease eradicated ℛ0 < 1, whiles persist presence infected persons. extended include control efforts aimed at reducing infection, irresponsibility, nonproductivity This leads an optimal problem which using Pontryagin's Maximum Principle (PMP). Numerical simulation resulting carried out gain quantitative insights into implications model. reveals that multifaceted approach fight against more effective single strategies.
