摘要: The aim of this paper is to analyze the recruitment effects susceptible and infected individuals in order assess productivity an organizational labor force presence HIV/AIDS with preventive HAART treatment measures enhancing workforce output. We consider constant controls as well time-dependent controls. In control case, we calculate basic reproduction number investigate existence stability equilibria. model found exhibit backward Hopf bifurcations, implying that for disease be eradicated, reproductive must below a critical value less than one. also investigate, by calculating sensitivity indices, model’s parameters. use Pontryagin’s maximum principle derive necessary conditions optimal disease. Finally, numerical simulations are performed illustrate analytical results. cost-effectiveness analysis results show efforts on (HIV screening applicants, etc.) not most cost-effective strategy enhance force. Hence, employees’ productivity, effective education programs strict adherence should promoted.
