摘要: Protein kinases play critical roles in control of cell growth, proliferation, migration, survival and angiogenesis the enzymes mediate biological effects through their catalytic activity. In recent years, numerous protein kinase inhibitors have been developed and, some them used clinically. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has China for thousands components isolated from TCM represent a large class bioactive substances, display anticancer activity via inhibiting signaling pathway. present article, we comprehensively reviewed several TCMs that exhibited significantly inhibitory towards range kinases. These components, which belong to diverse structural classes, are herein, based upon they inhibit. The prospects problems development also discussed.
