Artemisia annua L. (Asterasea) changes some biochemical compounds in the hemolymph of Hyphantria cunea Drury (Lepidoptera: Arctiidae)

摘要: Laboratory assays were carried out to evaluate the effect of methanolic extract Artemisia annua L. on some biochemical compounds in hemolymph Hyphantria cunea Drury (Lepidoptera: Arctiidae). It was found that activity levels two aminotransferases and phosphatases increased after exposure. Activity lactatae dehydrogenase, as an enzyme showing tissue damage, significantly all time intervals. Non-enzymatic parameters including, trehalose, protein urea decreased treatment by plant but amount total lipid showed no significant differences. These results indicate A. contains inhibitors key metabolic pathways may be useful future control fall webworm.
