摘要: Abstract In this paper, we presented a double light trapping structure containing anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) nanogratings on both the surface and rear of thin film crystalline silicon (c-Si) solar cell. Finite difference time domain (FDTD) method was used to study absorption enhancement design. Simulation results show that, can highly increase in wavelengths from 280 1100 nm. The relative short-circuit current density (Jsc) situation is 137%. Besides, reduce influence incident angle absorption. position AAO pore has very little trapping.
