摘要: It is well known that a boundary condition usually affects the result of computer simulation defects, especially extended defects like straight dislocation, where model size dependence sometimes observed. In order to solve this problem, flexible developed for moving dislocation by applying Lagrange principle in present study. Under described here, various properties screw i.e., stable core structure, Peierls stress and glide property, are calculated square lattice hardly obtained over wide range. Contrary condition, explicit observed case rigid due strong image force from boundary. observed, however, tends approach above as increases. Unfortunately, with higher than 10−2G, not available, because vibrations high frequency emitted line during motion cannot respond these waves.
