摘要: In den Jahren 1979–1983 wurden an der Hautklinik Stadtischen Kliniken Kassel 319 Patienten mit einem malignen Melanom Haut nach festgelegten Konzept therapiert. Bei 27% war das primare maligne zum Zeitpunkt unseres Behandlungsbeginns bereits anderweitig einer Ersttherapie unterzogen worden. Von auswarts voroperierten Melanomen waren 18,8% knapp in-toto und 8,2% nicht exzidiert.
