摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the high-resolution solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) studies on ceramics. Since chemical shift is most important parameter in NMR, almost all works reviewed this are concerned with local structures. Chemical parameters to identify structural units. To extract accurate values of isotropic shift, several techniques used narrow line. Various attempts have been made establish empirical correlations between shifts and parameters, especially Si-O-T angles, Si-O bond length, Si-T distances, cation-oxygen strengths, group electronegativity. The microstructures highly refractory materials, which contain silicon (silicon carbide, nitride, silica, etc.) aluminum (alumina related materials). Bioceramics classified into bioinert bioactive materials that briefly discussed chapter.
