摘要: Neurons of the central nervous system (CNS) form a magnificent network destined to control bodily functions and human behavior for lifetime. During development CNS, neurons extend axons that establish connections other neurons. Axon growth is guided by extrinsic cues guidance molecules. In addition environmental signals, intrinsic programs including transcription ubiquitin proteasome (UPS) have been implicated in axon regulation. Over past few years it has become evident E3 ligase Cdh1-APC together with its associated pathway plays role suppression. By elucidating intricate interplay mechanisms, we can enhance our understanding why axonal regeneration CNS fails obtain further insight into how stimulate successful after injury.
