摘要: Objective:Significant immunological alterations have been observed in women with first-onset affective psychosis during the postpartum period. Recent studies highlighted possibility that a subset of patients severe psychiatric episodes might suffer from undiagnosed autoimmune encephalitis. Therefore, authors performed three-step immunohistochemistry-based screening for CNS autoantibodies large cohort and matched comparison subjects.Method:Ninety-six consecutive 64 healthy were included. Screening antibodies patient serum was using immunohistochemistry.
