摘要: Glycerol has been injected intravenously in guinea pig and its effects on the pressure cochlear fluids have studied. Simultaneously, arterial cerebro-spinal pressures recorded. lowered intracochlear as well blood pressures, latter only temporarily. Different possible mechanisms for glycerol effect transient hearing Meniere's disease are discussed.
