摘要: The combined effects of glycerol and colchicine on the endolymphatic sac were investigated in mice. Glycerol induced signs secretion from epithelium with formation secretory granules light epithelial cells. Other characteristics lining also changed resulting an increased widening lateral intercellular spaces, a partial collapse lumen deposition stainable substance within lumen. This reaction lasted 30 min to 24 h following injection. Pretreatment was found decrease or inhibit glycerol-induced macromolecules into sac. collapsed but frequently there no presence substance. Animals treated both showed marked inner ear malfunction which could indicate that activity might be closely related regulation fluid homeostasis functional disturbances this system may lead disorders function.
