摘要: Abstract In this paper, a two-step electrodeposition technique is adopted to prepare CdTe thin films on Ni foils from acidic solutions by rapid and convenient method. the first step, Te-rich layer was deposited at −0.3 V foil substrate. Then surface of film, second −0.6 V. The show higher short-circuit current densities, suggesting potential application in solar cells, crystallinity film also enhanced, as suggested sharpening corresponding peaks. major change lies broader stronger absorption intensity visible region, indicating that prepared can extend active range sunlight improve photovoltaic performance light. preliminary material growth assessment results are presented.
